Το 2011 (ΜΜΧΙ) αποτελεί το δεύτερο έτος της δεύτερης δεκαετίας του 21ου αιώνα.
Επίσης, το 2011 έχει ανακηρυχθεί ως Διεθνές Έτος των Δασών και Διεθνές Έτος Χημείας από τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη καθώς και Ευρωπαϊκό Έτος Εθελοντισμού.
Εύχομαι σε όλους και όλες μια καλή και δημιουργική χρονιά με υγεία.
Το παραπάνω ετήσιο ημερολόγιο του 2011 αποτελεί προϊόν προσωπικής εργασίας.
Οι δε 11 φωτογραφίες που παρουσιάζονται, αποτελούν προσωπικές λήψεις στις οποίες έχει εκ υστέρων εφαρμοστεί η τεχνική της "επιλογής χρώματος".

2011 (MMXI) is the second year of the second decade of the 21st century.
Also, 2011 has been designated as the International Year of Forests and the International Year of Chemistry by the United Nations as well as European Year of Volunteering.
I would like to wish you all a happy and productive new year 2011.

2011 (MMXI) es el segundo año, de la segunda década del siglo XXI.
Adicionalmente, el año 2011 fue nombrado Año Internacional de los Bosques y Año Internacional de Química por la ONU como también Año Europeo del Voluntariado.
Quisiera desearles un muy feliz y productivo año nuevo 2011 con salud.
El calendario anual del 2011 que aparece anteriormente es producto de un esfuerzo personal, usando 11 fotografías proprias donde se ha aplicado la técnica de "selección de color".
